Good afternoon all,

some images of my newly completed Italian GP street racer / custom which i rode to Davos for the EuroLambretta. engine is a Super Monza 250 with Avanti head and centre squish plug. 5 speed cyclone gearbox, 7 plate LTH clutch etc.
fitted twin disc anti dive hydraulic brakes with brenbo master cylinder. anodized one piece wheel rims, numbers in gold leaf with a bit of flake on one of the greens.
still some bits to do on it but should all be good in a couple of weeks.

Always fancied one of these but you don't really hear much about them. I expect the cost means that they haven't sold that many. Can I ask why you have deviated carb and pipe wise from what I understand is the normal set up?

morning Sid,

didnt get Charlie Edmunds to tune this one so tried to see what would work best with it. pipe made in Germany is specifically made for the super monza and the air striker carb has been a revelation in the moto cross bike scene taking over from most other brands as the carb of choice. will let you know how i get on as should be back up and running this week. When we dynoed it initially with a Mikuni carb and franspeed pipe it had a nice power curve and pulled 32bhp without any messsing around so will be interesting to see what the new set up gives me.

regards Harry
