Good four plate with big springs. By 'mild', do you mean an expensive 225 kit, or a stage four 200?

My last 2 ts1,s only had well set up 4 plates with stronger springs the lever was a bit heavy i guess I used indian plates with a diaganal cut and 1.2 mm thick plates to allow maximum seperation next time im going to use 5 plate spider and 5 plate pressure plate and see what I can fit in I might have to use a mixture of plate thicknesses wont know till I try

225..... I've had a 5 plate for the last 18 months but corks were a bit burnt so have changed to a 4 plate.....

As already stated Readspeed 5 plate kit. I've got one fitted in a 20bhp Imola motor and it's brilliant. At under £50 it's also excellent value too.
