Ok...Just fitted the EGT to the TS1....what sort of temperatures can it handle, does anybody know that the safe temperature range is before meltdown or seizure?

700 will melt your piston, 550-600 is good.

My Rapido cruises 600-650 all day. I would like to see cooler but haven't been able to tune it such. The EGT thermocouple is installed to spec.
