hi could someone point me in the right direction
i have acquired one of the above seats
its on but cannot get the latch to close so seat stays locked down.
I have the 2 bolt bracket

little update
seat now locks but latch is catching paint work has anyone had this problem and resolved it

you can pack the latch bracket up a little or bend the lever away from the paint carnt be precise cos you haven't put a pick up

Had same sort of problem few years back and had to put a 1/4" rubber under the front bracket and under the seat catch to lift the
seat up evenly to miss the bodywork, but as Lamblast said it's hard to be precise without a picture of the problem

Tap washers under the locking plate is what you need.

Thanks for the replays. I have a washer under each side this has lifted plate so i now only get it to lock down by sitting on rear of seat.
