I got someone to tig weld a boss onto mine so i could screw it in. if anyone else is looking for onem on ebay there is a company who are very good, they sell these and cyl head temp, rev counters etc all cheap prices. Though admititdly the ones form skydrive seem better qual though they should be at that price.
The company on ebay gave me complete replacements even out of warranty after the guy who welded mine welded the damn sender on and ruined the sender, though it did leave a good recieving boss for the new sender gauge - the whole thing. Very good company [email protected] is their email.

That's the same make as I have. What's your set-up and what's your temp spread?

Going to try and take it apart soon to change the glass for a clear one, but the bezel that holds it all together is crimped on

But the trouble with the airworld ones is that they aren`t back lit so you cant see them at night.

How do you find yours?

so i dont know if it can be done. its great at night, but if its sunny i cant see a thing
even when its overcast its difficult to see, you have to squint at it for a while. Which is a bit dangerous, as when you do need to look at it is when you are blasting it or slowing down, and thats usually when i need to consentrate on the road more

But i may have to get one and try to fit a backlight in it
.

It would be interesting to read everyones set-up and spread(idle-cruise-fanging it).
I do agree with reading the gauge during the day,my main concern is riding in or overhead light. I'm glad I mounted my on the headset, less of a focus shift between road and gauge.
I think if you gently work the bezel it will lift, maybe a small flat blade screw driver and a beer.
