Do ya wanna do a swap with one then?? ;)

What ya up to anyway thought ya wanted a fourstroke'esqu 250cc+ torque monster.......Oh and why did you not match the transfers, I hear they're not very good out of the box. Not very well cast by all accounts.

I've also been told that they are a very mild tune out of the box as the port timings are very close to standard 200, not even stage 4 Indian spec. However if they are prepared to the same level as of tune as the the 186 which is hotter then they can perform very well. There not cheap either so by the time you have paid somebody to prepare it a fast road spec it would have been cheaper to get a TS1 or it stablemate the Monza 225. Both of these will have circa 18 bhp out of the box, more if put together properly.
Best Regards

thats right.....tractors are the new tv200 to be seen with.

the tractor has taken longer than planned so i pulled out a jet200 from the shed which i had temporarily fitted the mugello on a couple of years back then got distracted by another scooter

chaulkey at replay set up the carb for me (25mm delorto and clubman) and it managed to make cg125 power :bouncing:

its a bit vibey too, ill use it for france and chaulkey can take an sds drill to the ports when i get back......assuming im back before christmas.

he reckons 30bhp is achievable from them which i imagine will be race spec so 17 on a road tune will be better.

its on standard indian gp gearing so it may need up gearing ?

i had gone off my ts1 as i had grown out of the road/race tune.......but im missing it already :(

I had mine tuned by Cam Lam when i bought it to stage 5, when i had it dyno'd with a Scorpion pipe it made 18.5 BHP i've since changed the pipe to a Dev Tour. I like mine not had any trouble with it and i've had it a few years now, but i do think out of the box it should be better than the 186cc, is it miss described if it's performance is that of a standard 200cc kit?

Exactly the same as my set up (MK1 tuned by Cam Lam 4 years ago). 225 stage 5 except I use a JL3. Don't know of any dyno's over here. Would have liked to try one.

Been very happy with the performance (well until I can get the carb sorted)!!!
