I've got both  but anyway I'm tunning them both. We have the Casa 75 kit, the DRT gear cluster, the one tooth more front sproket and suitable chain. I'd like to know how to do the mode on the clutch side to put in an extra clutch plate that makes it a total of 3 plates. I'd also like to know the possible carb update. Yes, can you upjet the current 14mm carb but I've heard you can buy and adjust another Dellorto carbs to suit?

Have a look here for more modern type carbs http://www.dellorto.co.uk/merchandise/p ... ctionID=25 You can use a Ser 3 125/150 inlet manifold with either a clamp mounted carb or a rubber mount. If using the standard exhaust I found that cutting a hatch in the box top and modifying the baffle tubes helped the gas flow better and gave a performance rise. Clutch wise, I would try machining the crownwheel deeper between the castlements to accept another plate like Ser 3 crownwheels are machined to take 5 plates, then try thinner steels and possibly 3 green Surflex plates. Scooter Surgery maybe the people to talk to for advice.

Thanks very much. I've got old 18mm dellorto, what do you think about trying that? I've heard you can use the ET4 carb but you need to modify it??

The SH 18mm will be better than the 14mm but it's still an old design lacking adjustability plus the Vega used a 20mm . Not had anything to do with the ET4 but obviously 4 stroke so all jets/atomiser etc will be wrong so would need changing .
