FYI: I went to the TMX 38 and it runs like a champ. Feels much more solid than the 30. Only slight mods from out-of-the-box required (throttle valve #5, smaller pilot). It still works with the T.S air bellow and fits under the panels.

We used a Yamaha 250 motocross inlet rubber 4V3 & modified the rubber. This also sits the carb more upright. We are using a 39mm Dellorto.
