have you check your squish? For instance I had a cnc head done on purpose by MB for one of his own forged piston and got a negative squish for result... You'd better check it....
Size matters!

im now running a 130 main jet and its been running spot on however after about 2 miles having left work ,scoot felt like it nipped up so i pulled the clutch in asap but the engine didnt cut out and after a few seconds rolling along i left the clutch out and carried on fine, seemed ok but i pulled over , checked the plug and i took a picture once i got home for yous to have a gander at.
