Hi
Can anyone point me in the direction that would stock the Dial Gauge & Bracket for cylinder head similar to that shown on the MB website (currently out of stock)
Want one for setting my timing etc but Searched a couple of scooter shop websites but no Joy.

Scooter restorations do them for either small or large block stud spacings but they are £15 and don't look anywhere near as good as the MB one which will fit all lambretta AND Vespa suds and is only a few pounds more. I'm also looking to buy one and have asked to be informed when they are back in stock. The actual gauges are available on ebay.

I made mine from a guage off ebay for about 10 quid then made a bracket as per the picture. Imagine the screwdrivers the cylinder stud.
You don't actually need to have the dial guage in the centre of the piston, tdc is tdc no matter where it is on the piston crown. Obviously you don't want the bracket to be flimsy and all has to be tight.

make sure you buy the guage with the small bracket on the back of the guage though!
