Just been out for the first ride after fitting a RT195 kit and apart from the jetting problems, when I got back I noticed the rear wheel binding slightly.
It looks like it is slightly out of line and binds in roughly the same place as you spin the wheel. I'm pretty sure it's not the brakes as they've done1000s of miles so should be worn in. It's not bad enough to effect the ride , that seemed ok, I checked the tyre and can't see any rubbing or scuffing so I'm not sure what's causing it.
Anyone have any ideas ?

It shouldn't bind up on the case at all. I'd start with removing the hub and checking the splines and cone for signs of wear. The Splines will have steps in them if they are damaged and the cone will have a dished outside if it's bad. If all that looks good the hub could be warped, axle could be damaged, bad rear bearing, bad endplate bearing (allowing the axle to move).
