As you can see, i wasn't too bothered with the rust affected areas, welds, dents, gauges or braising in fact I wanted to enhance them with the clear powder coat. This is the link to the thread on the forum http://scooterotica.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=24207
The disc front end had to be bined, it fits the GS forks but the angle of the forks through the alignment out by around 12mm too dangerous to ride, i tried. Its actually for the GL, Sprint or Rally so will find a set of forks and work on it over the winter, will need to manufacture a mudguard mount to fit the GS mudguard. So if you have a spare set and you want to sell them, send me a PM.

A complete GS150, did not bother about the dents, gauges, welds, braising or rust affected areas in fact it looks better with all that. The frame was not butchered either to fit the engine. Posted a few close up pictures with the Scottish weather included, looks good in blazing sunshine and p1551ing rain. Its 80/100 hours with wire brush on grinder and then its clear powder coat lacquer, didn't bother fixing welds, rust affected areas or dents, the old braising welds look excellent under the clear powder.

I can agree with that! The only pisser is that I will have to have my passport in my pocket to view her post September. f@@king shame on us if that travesty comes to pass!

That bud.....is awesome. Bet even better in the flesh. Wats the engine in it again? Are u gonna give those worb disc forks a go..top job gary. U must be proud ov her:) needs rallyin now an a few awards. Beats a fancy paint job any day imho

Soz...seen wat powers her now. Got similar set up in my sprint. Bar 68/22.with modified lml reed block...an sip 26si...actually is 26..an sip road soon bgm bigbox an kytronic. .u got looks n great set up. Wanna sell her.lol. u shud get gen 70 comfy....and 60/70 mpg at 60. Needs that disc:)

The rear light cost around £15, the only thing is you need to cut a 20mm diameter hole to fit the light fitting to the scooter and two M5 holes for the bolts, twin filament bulb, I think 100mm diameter in total. I will post the link for the light when you need it.
