asking for a m8! he has a li 150 pacemaker with a 175 topend, third gear has destroyed its self as they do so after all the reading i can do it seems the best box is a italian li 150 box

now the question whats the difference between the italian and indian made boxs other than the country there made in?

Any Italian Li box, even NOS will be approaching 50 years old, which is probably beyond the design life whatever way you look at it.
The Indian boxes are of very variable quality, some of those made by API or SIL will be, maybe anywhere between new - 40 years old but there's loads of faked parts out there bagged or labelled as SIL etc. And unless you're buying from a reputable dealer who can warrant the source of parts then it's pot luck on quality.
