Stroking a Harry Barlow stage 4 top end

Would there be any benefit to putting a 60mm crank on one of these set ups?
Has it been done?
Would it just mean fitting an extra 1.5mm packer plate at the base of the barrel?

Real benefit but why use a 1,5 mm packer when your long stroke will alone discover your ports 1,5 mm more? if you put a 1,5 mm packer +a 60 mm stroke you'll get 3mm more. I guess you'll get a peaky unpleasant running engine and a huge squish clearance....

But you will need the 1,5 mm space.
