Power Jet’s ???

I have a Mikuni TMX30 Power Jet on my TS1 which I am still in the process of setting up.......but whilst searching the internet to see what setups people are using it would appear that most have blanked of the power jet.................................Why?

Don't know the answer I'm afraid, I posted a similar post recently basically wondering if blocking off the powerjet and upping the main jet to compensate would stop so much fuel being spat out.
If it aint broke.........tinker with it.....

The power jet allows nicer setting up of the mid range as the main jet bleeds over onto this circuit. If you can add a hi-end adjustment you can run a leaner main jet cleaning up the midrange. The power jet gives you this choice. This is why many race bikes now use the power jet.
