im after a set of sx200 panels, question is has anyone used any of the remade items that are available. i have a set of li panels, not sure if original or not) on my scoot at present but as soon as you lock the handles into position it pushes the back end of the panels away from the frame, i thought it was the handles or clip at first but these have been replaced with several different ones, i know the frame is straight as ive had several of my mates panels on and all have gone on and sat nice, So im assuming the panels are at fault. So i am going to bitr the bullet and get some different panels, But which ones??????????????????????????????????????????/ :?

You could try here.

They do LI panels. Seems to me that remade panels are a minefield and I've seen some poor ones. But fibreglass ought to be good if it's moulded off an original and it will have a bit of give in it.

I know chris very well, unfortunatley he hasnt done a mould for the sx panels, the plan is to get SX panels and chris will take a mould of them, that way he can expand his product range, got him a set of vega legshields for him to take a mould so they should be done shortly

Yes, sorry. Just noticed you said SX200. I know there was another bloke that got on eBay a lot at one time. Don't know who he is, but he did a good range and having seen them they were good quality too. I know he used to do the SX panels.

nothing but praise for chris at grp fibreglass, his stuff is simply superb, and unlike "genuine nos Innocenti" real stuff, side panels wont cost you 500 quid each, before renovating ;) ;)
