Well here's the update !!

In the words of the mechanic 'utter devastation' .

Barrel wrecked beyond repair.
Piston wrecked beyond repair.
Head wrecked beyond repair.
Crank wrecked beyond repair.

All of the above im told were destroyed with huge chunks of the metal removed.

Cases have scrapes in crank Web but believed not damaged so cases still usable.

So here are my considered options, (All from Sip catalogue as I get cracking deals with TR speed shop)

First options with new parts,

1)Polini 208 Polossi by Worb 5
2)Above with Grand Sport Piston.
3)polini 210 New ally barrel.
4) Direct replacement of Polini 208 single ring Kit steel Barrel with GS Piston for 60 ml crank.
5)Fit 28ml or 30mol Delorto and remove Auto lube
6)Reedvalve for above?
7)Fuel Pump foe above.
8)Direct replacement Pinasco 60ml Crank.
9) An other Kit ???

5) Any other condsiderations following advice !!

Non New parts,

1)I have a spare Malossi 210 Kit 30 ml Delloto with Reedvalve which I believe can be fitted .
2)I have a spare standard PX 200 Barrel piston and head.

3) Any other options as advised.

So in summary a hell of an expensive mistake down to lack of experience and human error OUCH !!

Welcome any thoughts im assuming all the work that Diablo did on the tuning side wont have been effected so the Polini Kits will be a straight fit as the cases have been alley welded and matched??

Polini 220 mate , just did one for a mate , and early indications are good. But Diablo will know best , take his advise and you'll be sweet 8-)
