Hi Mike,
If you fancy semi hydraulic have a look at www.oiltek.co.uk . We do a kit for mounting under the legshields. There are some pics on the site of the Master Cylinder, although the mounting bracket as now been changed so no drilling is required to mount to the struts. Kit can also include a pressure switch fitted in the cyl. banjo bolt that can be easily wired into your brake light.
Cheers Paul

MMW master cylinders are available for all models including Spanish and Indian...

I like the look of the Oiltek semi hydraulic, how does it fare with crap underneath? Is this sold as a mounting kit without the master cylinder, and is it the Grimeca master used? Oh, and what's the price?

Thanks guys, really like the look of the MMW one. Guess I'll have to start saving.

It doesn't show it on the photo's but there is a small aluminium splash plate that protects the master cylinder from crap. It will be sold as a kit complete with mounting bracket, master cylinder, reservoir/hose and shortened brake cable. But can also be supplied with a pressure switch and brake hose or just the mounting bracket. The bracket is to fit the grimeca copy master cylinder, which are cheaper and a lambretta cable nipple fits straight in. Price as not been finalised as still thinking about zinc plating some of the parts etc, but I would estimate that if a complete disc brake with handlebar master cyl. is £250, I reckon this kit with the disc will be approx £280, but like I say I will no more when back next week and will decide on zinc plating or just plain bare metal etc. I will follow up on this post. but if you want any more info give me a call 07970886018 or email oiltekltd@aol.com
Cheers, Paul

Thanks for the link Paul but I can't find the kit.
It's probably me, but I've had a look around the site and found hose etc but not the semi hydraulic set up.
Any chance you could point me in the right direction.

Yes Paul, probably a good idea to zinc plate, either that or powdercoat.

thanks for that Soulsurfer. The photo's Mike are of an aluminium mounting bracket that you have to drill two holes to fit. The new bracket requires no drilling, so is more appealing. I will put some photo's up when i'm back at work.
