As many others have already said, this is where I was lucky enough to meet 'Ricspeed' (through swapping posts on threads, PMs, etc.) and it'll seem odd not having him continuing to contribute on here in the future.

My thoughts go out to family and friends.

Rest in peace.

I used to live across town from Rich, but only meet him in person a handful of times to swap bits etc. However, I heard his voice every day when reading the knowledgeable and helpful posts on here. I can support all of the positive things that people have said about him; you couldn’t ask to meet a better man in life. I am also profoundly saddened by his passing and will miss him. Deepest condolences to his family at this difficult time, bye Rich RIP.

Very sad loss to our community and ricspeeds family... I only knew him through this site and fb but like a lot of people the Internet has broadened our friendships.
His love of cutdowns is mine too and that meant I always looked for his posts.
Informative , friendly , willingness for more info he was the heart beat of this forum . When he praised me on my work on Lambrettas shown, it meant a lot to me. Hopefully his memory is not lost on us.
Rest now brother Ricspeeds.
