Do I need a Reed Packer Plate ?

well I used an rd reed, packer and mbd manifold ..it was tight but that said it was dependant on what rear shock I fitted

That was my next thought....getting a smaller height rear shock.....

Has anyone used the Imola / Monza reed valve and manifold? The manifold is recessed so that the reeds sit deeper into it with the packer fitted.
I like that fact that they come to suit a 30mm carb and flowed to suit.
