Making some progress at last, had some welding done on the frame and legshields now fitting nicely. Hope to finish dry build over next few weeks and get to painters.

Will have option of either a Nanucci or standard front mudguard:

Not sure whether to go for long range tank or standard, what do you reckon?
Will a standard inlet fit on the right side?

Nanucci for me I think ... assuming you want to keep as close to how it was as possible
