started build today concentrated on getting wiring in and neat think ive managed it

all electrics, regulator, indicator flasher unit,cdi all in frame, ht lead comes out ofblanking plate

while pushing scoot back into shed ive noticed front fork leg is worn :( :( do i need forks out to replace spindle and is it a easy job or needs to go to a pro?

Very very nice ducksta. A real shame about the folks mate, I seem to remember the proper Vespa tool is like a huge G-clamp thing that can be used with the folks in the scooter to push the spindle out. The diy route is normally to use a small garage press though with the folks removed.

its not the spindle its the pivot pin
