Love it also.There are many nice DTC replicas out there,as there are replicas of other specials and that is great,a homage to the original.But it's just really nice when you get to see one done by the original designer/painter.Looking forward to seeing this scoot finished.

There are but they never seem to get the signwriting right somehow. I suppose as it's done freehand it's almost impossible to replicate someone's writing?speedy wrote:....There are many nice DTC replicas out there,.....

I had always kept a lookout for a proper dtc to come up but no joy and agree that copy's are just that, ( mine is silver glowble base with macas red and blue candy over which he mixes himself) when I heard he was painting again I couldn't believe my luck I called him straight away and he said he would call me when he was ready............then one day!!!
