Try googling gaggs of nottingham. They can supply you with the drive, cable and rev counter. You'll need to find someone to mill the side case to suit and machine a slot in the head of your sprocket bolt.

There's a guy called Peter Robinson (not the chromer) who was selling repro Rallymaster parts. He offered the machining services and an adaptor to strengthen the side case as it's very thin after being milled. I had one done for a mate and it was very well done at a reasonable price. Peter was also supplying the rev counter etc from gaggs at a slightly reduced price so maybe he should be your first port of call.

more ideas?
i guess i need a 1:1 crankshaft drive and an 1:1 rev counter.
...or possibly the combination of a 2:1 drive with 1:2 rev counter?

but i only found rev counters with 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, 7:1 ratios

and 1:1, 2:1 and 4:1 crank drives.

did any know what is the right combination to look out for?

cheers!
