I have been dogged by what I thought was a persistent slipping clutch on a stage 4 Jet 200
I have tried up rated springs 4, 5 & 6 plates and even changed from LI chain case to GP type but it’s still not right......I’ve changed countless number of clutches over the years with no issue and although I have started to question my sanity I can’t believe I am doing anything different.
I am wondering could it be a problem with the Cush drive on the front sprocket?
What are the symptoms of a worn Cush drive?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you

if its a weak spring/ short spring ( I think S1 springs were shorter), it can slip over the cam and give.....................the impression of a slipping clutch!
