Pipes still available from SIP.

Cheers Jack, I'll chat with the owner to see what he wants to do, it's stripped at mo as oil seal had gone. Squish is 1.3mm when I last built it, would need to check transfer and exhaust timing but as far as I know they will be as Malossi intended!

It was dynoed by Dan and carb set up on dyno - main is 142, although I'd ridden it to Ripon from Belfast on a 116 main, lucky it made it!!

For what its worth i would say stick with 68/22 gearing. Most 210's need revs ro pull 4th with p200 gearing. See Dans post on his 210.

Pipe is one of those Serie Pro Taffy race replica which is like putting another kit in, it hits about 8k in 3rd but there is no let up in power, from you hit the power in 1st it takes no time to hit top end but just doesn't seem to rev out, it has been dynoed by Dan at 18.4BHP and 18.2 lbs of torque, he had suggested adjusting the gearing for better top end. Any suggestions on how to get those extra few hundred revs in 4th would be good too! Bike isn't mine unfortunately but I have kind of fostered it this year :D

You could skim the head to get 1.0 or 0.9 squish increasing the CR....safe on the solid short rod and short stroke T5 crank: worked well for me. Also that Main Jet looks too large compared to the 135 I used, reliably for constant 80MPH motorway riding and a bit in reserve, and that revved to 9800 (dyno 3rd).

What spec is the cylinder head?

The squish should certainly be far less than 1.3mm. This is the number for a standard 210. For a 177 and something a bit special it should be much less. Aim for 0.6mm or very slightly more. It wont increase the compression enough to worry about. If you don't already have head locating sleeves between your head and barrel you will need them.
Before skimming the head to correct the squish, you should be sure to have the right base gasket thickness. Malossi make barrels to fit any engine. All engines/cranks/conrods/pistons have different +/- tolerances and in a higher performance engine these become really important for the transfer port height. The exhaust height doesn't matter so much. If you want to be sure to get max power you need to check the transfer duration and adjust it.
