what ever you do, if you get a sip kit like this, its bloody more hassle than its worth, the kit means a left hand exhaust has to be moved slightly which mean that i have had to refabricate my centre stand, just to get it to fit, then bugger me today the bloody thing won't bleed!

good luck if you get one! they do look bloody good though, semi ones iv heard feel spongy compared to full hydraulic like oz's above, i may invest in full hydraulic if this semi system doesn't want to work, see my other thread

Yep perfect. It's a mate who has inherited one from a accident damaged scoot but didn't like the way it was mounted on that scoot. They do look good though

since this post i have gone fully hydraulic, need to install it, but i will get back to you on it,

as long as you have the rear hub and caliper carrier, you can get the other parts from bike breakers quite easily

is that sips mk2 or mk3 version?

they seem to have 3 different designs, only asking as iv fitted mine fully hydraulic, but im not sure if i have an air lock in it or not, iv bled it plenty of times and pumped the pedal till its hard, but out and about, breaking doesn't feel that powerful at the rear

Im looking to fit one of these, but was looking at the MMW one as it has the wheel and the hub on the outside. With the one in the pictures above, how difficult is it to change wheel/tyre ect. I know the MMW one is about £150 more expensive, may be worth it if it is a hassle to remove rear wheel with the SIP one.
In the first picture, can the brake pedal be modified to fit onto a GS150 as it has a 50mm stub sticking out which the brake pedal rotates on, I would like to keep this. How does the rear brake light work.
