Building a touring Spanish series 2. 70mm iron barrel, huge transfers, boost port, reed valve, 64mm crank, 30mm dell, mb clubman. At 246cc it should have loads of torque to pull high gearing, but not change down for hills ect. Rider 11 stone, mostly one up + luggage.
Ideally I want to use the Spanish 150 box that came with the scoot. 11. 14. 17. 20. 50. 41. 37. 34.
I have a variety of chains & sprockets available.
What sprocket/ final drive would you recommend?

Have a play with this

you have to choose what final drive you want and adjust your sprockets/chain to suite....at a guess your going to aim for 4.7/4.6....
everyone is badgering on about closer ratios but with a torquey set up youll probably not need close ratios so any moans about big jumps between 3rd and 4th on your box will probably be unfounded
