carb IMO

Jetex's can be really good and they can be right pigs- would replace all jets etc with Delly ones.

Is there a spark? Timing OK? Piston in correct way round?

BTW you will need to introduce yourself on the "Welcome" page as well

Good Luck

I had to check three times that the arrow on the piston head pointed to the exhaust port*.

Gotta run I think I've left the gas on :)

Try squirting a few drops of petrol into the carb and see if it will fire up, that will prove the ignition if nothing else.

Had the same problem. It was the choke on the jetex, had to adjust it a lot further up than you normally would on an sh2/22.soak the plug in petrol & give it a go.
