its the polini version of a vortex sat on top of a drt reedvalve on a t5 engine with a suzuki ts185 conversion

LOL then someone best tell just about every auto and bike engined conversion scooter, oh and pretty much 99% of chopped bikes out there :)

once its radically altered, and that usually means that the main cradle is cut about altered, modified etc, then its MSVA territory, but few people actually do that.

my current build will be MSVA tested and Q plated, because I wanted it registered with a specific make and model, but not yet seen another scooter thats modified and appears to have been regged properly LOL

the custom bike/trike/car/scooter world seem to just consider it as optional LOL
heavy is good, heavy is reliable, and if it does fail, hit them with it!!!

and always remember the get out clause, bought it like this mate just ride then no nothing about them just where to put my petrol.

Has this motor been ran yet ?

How much work did you do to the casing to accept the DRT reedvalve ?

Ive just made a reedvalve block similar to the DRT/Worb 5 type from a flat LML reed and a billet manifold/spacer for an engine with a knackered sealing pad.

my pad was worn also, fitted streight on matched perfect to be honest yes ive ran the motor plenty of bottom end grunt and no blow back through the polini bellmouth works a treat.

bracket needed for brake reservoir, wiring fits into frame with room to spare just reducing loom need a 6 pin connector for rear plug and play any ideas
