Nope, if I'd had a satisfactory answer from the horses mouth, as it appears is the case here, then no, I wouldn't be on a forum having a gripe, the guy has been busting his balls trying to keep his customers happy and admitted an error here, he's sorting it, so IMO he's done a good thing, just wait for a few more days when the aforementioned part will now arrive [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]

Willie the pimp wrote:I've been very patient having ordered my cyclone in November and having it arrive in January, unfortunately I still haven't received my replacement cluster and I'm yet to run the gearbox, beginning to feel a bit disappointed, I've waited a long time and I'm thinking now that perhaps I should have just stuck with the standard 4 speed original.
Hopefully cluster will arrive soon and ill be blown away by how good it is.
I have been in contact with Dean and it seems there was a mix up with my address which has been sorted but now the replacements have all come and gone so I'm having to wait for some more to arrive which was hopefully yesterday (Wednesday 24th July) I'm hoping to hear back from RLC shortly.
Any body have any news, anybody else still waiting for theirs.?
I wasn't meaning to moan as Dean has been very helpful, just frustrated that a lot of people have got there replacement cluster and I was still waiting, it's being sorted I didn't mean to offend anybody.
Dean is a great guy and has always been very helpful I purchase from RLC all the time, they are top blokes and go out of their way to provide there customers with a go service.
