Working on a Rally clutch

I had a Low mileage T5 a few years back but nowt ever went wrong with it so I've never worked on a Vespa engine before. That's part of the attraction to be honest. Having rebuilt quite a few Lambrettas over the years, I don't quite get the same buzz from a Lambretta engine build any more. Anyway, I fell in love with this Rally as soon as I saw it and certain LCGB members were even egging me on to buy it so we're not all narrow minded . The shell is nice and solid. Baz, I'll put some photos up but it may be a few weeks mate. Life's a bit hectic at the moment and I want to get the plate registered in my name before I start posting up pics But, it runs even if it doesn't like to rev. I've cleaned exhaust but it may be choked with rust inside, I'm not sure yet. Also , I've stripped and cleaned carb loads and replaced float and float needle but it's still leaking fuel out of the carb box. I think an ultrasound clean may be called for.

I know mate , but when I sold my lammy and got the vespa you'd have thought i'd commited mass treason
Yeah carb sounds like it could be gummed up with sitting as long, also petrol tap ?
