Needle and main much too rich, try a 56/57 needle and main around 320-280.

Pilot could be richer, try 22,5-25.

How is the super tourer working for you? Is it better than the race exhaust or is it a compromise of top end power?

cheers

I had a jl3 on before so a big improvement makes 4bhp more than the jl3 scooter gear for touring more than speed set so that it will do 70mph all day its on a s2 li150 gearbox 16-46 and im not a small bloke either . just waiting for diablo to email dyno chart over so cant post that to show . col

Not gone far on it yet going to lincoln scooters on the water front saturday so can give it a good test then . Seems good on local runs to town 8 miles or so . It makes about 12bhp at 4500 revs and climbs to about 22bhp at 6000 revs from what I can remember on the dyno (still waiting for dyno chart from diablo) so you know when you hit the power 8-) . col

Went to lincoln yesterday can say the super tourer is a big improvment on on jl3 up hills and in to wind power didnt drop off the power as it would have on jl3 .( yes we do have some hills in lincolnshire  ) when pipe is in the power it pulls very well revs to 7600 on the road , this is on a s2 and im not small . so very happy :D :D col
PS went from a 30 phbh to a 35mm mikuni can say mpg about the same . you dont get alot on a ts but its good fun
