Headset part number LI chrome ring headset

Whats the difference between part number 19.96.1030 and 19.96.1010 i came off my LI chrome ring bike and snapped the headset so been trying to source the correct ones- the one on the bike is 19.96.1030 been given a 19.96.1010 headset which is meant to be for a chrome ring ( i think the 19.96.**** denotes chrome ring models) it fits but the gap seems bigger between the chrome ring and the bottom of the headset so i guessing one model must have slightly longer bottom than the other - anyone confirm what was they a difference in fork height on Li chrome ring models

Not sure on part numbers but below the steering lock, one is deeper one is shallow, I have a chrome ring base if you need one (S3)

Cheers, it seems 19.96.1030 is the Non chrome ring headset and 19.96.1010 is the chrome ring one- it seems the on i took off was a non chrome ring one which had been modified to fit a chrome ring
