Reverse pull on ser 1/2?

First off I have never had a disc brake for a lambretta before and I'd like to set it up with reverse pull. I see instructions on how to do it all over the web but they are always ser 3! It looks like the inner fender would be a problem, am I wrong? Has this been done and how should I do it?

Inner "fender" should not cause any insurmountable problem.
Did you have to do that?

It looks like it will really rub on the cable.
