Hi, would much appreciate some advice. I have T5 1997 completely standard, starts and runs well. However, sometimes after about 40 minutes of riding it gives up and dies. Wait 10 mins and seems OK again. Is it something electrical? Where best to start.

Thanks

Keith

Either stator breaking down under load....or fuel starvation? I'd start looking at electrical issues first.

Mates bike did same thing, suffered a kinked fuel pipe when tank was lowered into frame, of course when you lifted it out it looked ok

Thanks for the advice - not familiar with Vespas but think it must be something electrical, will have to work out how to take the side panels off first! Bought it so my son could take his test and he passed last November. Lambrettas are my passion.

Cheers

Keith
