Evening troops
Im having trouble with my scooter.lve got a malossi 166 kit on my px 150e &
With a simonini pipe.can anyone advise on the jetting.im also not getting any electrics.ive checked the stator & regulator & they seem to be fine.it starts & runs but im not getting any power to anything.the horn & electric start work but nothing else.

Try a mates regulator on it to eliminate
sounds a good chance it'll be it likes??

To test the reg and stator, remove the loom grey from the reg. Connect a headlight lamp between this vacant connector & a good earth and start the engine. If the lamp lights the problem is with your wiring.
If it doesn't, disconnect the stator grey and connect this to the test lamp. If the lamp now glows (may blow depending on revs) the reg is at fault, if it doesn't the stator is.

PS. as the horn & starter are off the battery, your brake light and indicators should also work, unless there is another problem.

Thanks for the input gents.im still wondering what main jet to put on my px 150e standard carb with a 166 kit & a simonini pipe.any ideas out there ? ? ? .ive been told a 120 shoud see me ok & try a 118 if it bogs down on me.

Try em and do a few plug chops ,that's the only way to know for sure

Is it a 20/20 carb? I'm running a 115 main at the minute.
