Hello everybody.
The lambretta has been on the back burner for a few years, but now with new inspiration I'm back for more tips and knowledge from hopefully you all. My question is unfortunately a sad one, my original side panels are just too battered to repair, I am looking for a pair that i can just prep and paint. Has anybody had panels they bought and would recommend to me. I'll learn how to upload some photos for you to have a look at my progress.
Thanks guys

There is a bloke on e.Bay who does excellent quality fibreglass ones for £70.00. Well worth looking into.

Just bear in mind if they are the ser 3 clip on li panels, the Spanish ones are slightly wider than the Italian ones and clear the wider Spanish petrol tank ;)

Ahh never thought about that, does this issue only stay with the clip type or is it the same with the handle too.

The petrol tank remains the same regardless of what sidepanel you use but I think the tank change was a later feature as were the clip on panels.
Did you have to do that?

I have checked the tank and luckily the tank is a series 3 standard and not the Spanish variant :).

You can always fill it in...
