Need some direction here,
I have a sorry wee 90 that is in dire need of attention, I build an engine that will scare the bejesus out of me. First things first is to convert to a 4 speed motor right? The question is will the 3 speed shaft hold a 4 speed box or do I need to source a newer 4 speed shaft? Also where abouts on the engine will I need to reinforce with welding? I was looking at a brand new 4 speed box from SIP till I saw the prices, so whats recommended? many thanks in advance.

I do a SIP discount service on smallframe parts, I could do this item http://www.sip-scootershop.com/main/bas ... a=1&sort=0 for £120 plus £5 p&p for signed for courier delivery. Saves you about £15 if that helps mate?bryansmudge wrote:Need some direction here,
