I daresay this has been asked before but i did a quick search and couldn't find the answer. Can't find my Stickey's

Just checked my "fast flow" tap and i got a litre in just under 2 min'. I think this is pretty standard and not fast flow.

So the question is how fast is standard and how fast is "Fast"?

At least a pint a minute is the usually quoted minimum on a tuned motor

anything above 1 pint per minute is considered "fast flow " from the tank tap .
many std taps often struggle to provide a half pint per minute

I get 1 pint in 1min 10 secs @ the carb ( was advised to pull the fuel pipe off the carb and measure it there, as opposed to timing it coming out of the tap ).

Just on that note, i bought a fast flow which was blocked, just check the 3 holes on the rubber seal inside to make sure they are not blocked. I took mine to pieces to found that who ever made it just pierced the holes in the rubber seal but they were still attached which did block it, hope that makes sense
