rear exit fast flow tap..........

This is what I'd try and do. I'll have a look at improving the cheap rear exit one I bought a few months ago before I knew about the issues.

I opened up my OMG petrol tap, it looked OK inside and is big enough. The only possible restriction I can see is the white plastic filter.
