The red, white and green go to the coil. Am I right in thinking the blue is a power feed for the regulator and the black is to go to earth? Also I've got a coil but it looks like the earth wire that comes out of the resin has been cut off, would this make this un-useable?
Cheers.
P200 Stator Wire Colours
there will also be a green wire coming from ign, which will go to cdi... the cdi on my vespa has the same broken wire as yours, had no problem in over a year.

the black and blue connect to the harness (this part is seen over the top of the engine and also carries a green whic goes to the stator) either with spades on the older model or a white plug connector - either way you join then in the black junction box that the stator wires pass through on their way to the cdi
the whole system is earthed through th ewhite white on the stator - the earth on the cdi is a secondary and not an issue if
best of luck

The green which comes out of the loom doesn't go to the stator it goes to the cdi ,is the switch wire.
As has been said the cdi earth isn't really a problem but if you're worried can solder a bit of wire to or around a drawing pin and push it into the 'stump' or hole left by the lost earth wire.
