Does anyone know if you can fit a SIP tubeless rim onto a Scoot RS front outboard disc setup without fitting the extended studs? My hub is painted and the original studs are stuck solid and I could do without heating the hub and knackering the paint.
Cheers

No, the SIP tubeless require the extended studs. The AF tubeless however don't,
Thanks - that's unfortunate.
Any ideas on getting the studs out without damaging the paint on the hub?

Why ?? my scootrs anti dive has been faultless since fitting and is more than adequate for stopping my Avanti from high speeds !! and at half the price, binning a £250 disc brake which is more than fit for purpose that just needs new studs fitting for an expensive item that will do the samewezly wrote:Chuck the scootrs disc brake in the bin and get a new one mate.
