rear exit fast flow tap..........

anyone had issues with the flow on a rear exit fast flow tap when on the reserve position?

I've set up a few on other bikes as well as my own. No issues. All from Cambridge.

thers bin issues with the copy make rear exit taps but camlams are good

I've had issues in the past where the link connector was worn and the tap touched the bridge piece before reserve was fully opened. This resulted in a restricted flow of fuel through the tap.......not too big an issue when just tootling about, but when coming back from Blackpool down the motorway it was a bit of a pain........especially when I couldn't work out why I had fuel starvation issues above 45mph.

This isn't really an issue with rear entry taps in particular, but could manifest with any tap.

seized at 80 with the bird on the back

tap was on reserve but might have had a couple of mm more travel from on.........

Yes.....a particular Yorkshire dealer is selling a lot of these (Not the CamLam ones) and they are utter shite. They flow f@@k all.

Contact AF, MB, CamLam, or other reputable dealers to get decent kit.

just ordered a cam lam one - gonna have to take the top end off - only been built 200 miles - ouch
