i have a rapido 225 with a 60 mm crank , running a 28 mm dellorto , i had a 48 clubman on this and the main jet was 120 set up on dyno. i have recently fitted a franspeed 3 and not sure if the main jet will be far off , at moment running on 125 main and plug colour is good but seems to be holding back, any info would be appreciated :!:

Personally my 225 rapido 28 with nk rally has ran fine with a 118, but I have access to a dyno, so was able to confirm the jetting was safe. 125 main did make the power hold back for me and I gradually brought main down 122,120 and then settle with 118. The Air fuel was on the edge of heading into the lean zone and if dynoing someone elses bike I would err on the side of caution for them.Hope this helps.
