i have a rapido 225 with a 60 mm crank , running a 28 mm dellorto , i had a 48 clubman on this and the main jet was 120 set up on dyno. i have recently fitted a franspeed 3 and not sure if the main jet will be far off , at moment running on 125 main and plug colour is good but seems to be holding back, any info would be appreciated

Personally my 225 rapido 28 with nk rally has ran fine with a 118, but I have access to a dyno, so was able to confirm the jetting was safe. 125 main did make the power hold back for me and I gradually brought main down 122,120 and then settle with 118. The Air fuel was on the edge of heading into the lean zone and if dynoing someone elses bike I would err on the side of caution for them.Hope this helps.
