Chepo 186 E-bay kit

Hi all

I've bought a bike with a chepo 186 ebay special in, i'm just giving the engine a good once over and have decided to check the port timings. They currently are

In - 143
Tr - 120
Ex - 155

Would like to run this set up with a 22mm Jetex and AF clubman, anyone know if the portimimgs are ok? what would be the prfered timings for a resonable state of tune for solo riding. not after a rocket just a steady ride.
