wont start

just put my t5 classic back together after a spray job, changed nothing in the engine or electrics streight rebuild. the scoot wont start got petrol to carb good spark at plug but just wont fire any ideas.

took autolube drive out, fitted sip blank thought it was sorted, after stripping carb realised the bottom carb box was not sat flush, spun it over and there is a 5mm collet that fits into the blanked off hole so filed it off sits flush and started 2nd kick.
