GP wiring Variontronic, simplified loom, no battery....HELP

Hi, banging my head against a wall, electrics are not my strong point, looking at the diagrams & all I see is blah,blah,blah....so took some pics so hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
GP variontronic, simplified loom, no battery, scootrs ign & light switch.......plus the other thing that has me puzzled is that it's obvious that red & green splay out to the mag....but also the rear brake has red as well?....brown I take it is the feed to both brakes....any assistance will be appreciated, but try to keep it simple for the simpleton using the simplified loom sorry about the poor images
