Looking for some advice as regards which crank to buy to put into a Rapido 225.From the off I don't want a MEC crank, the one I had in is on the pi$$ which is why I've got to replace it, and also after seeing pictures on here(http://scooterotica.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=25655 ) has made my mind up.The chap who has done the barrel has recommended one of these http://www.afrayspeed.co.uk/index.php?p ... buteID=CRR but I was looking on line the other night and came across this http://lambretta.co.uk/catalog/product_ ... ts_id=2697 any opinions or real life experience of either? Was thinking of the jap conrod conversion but really want to stick with 58/107
I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order.

I think that the SIL webs with upgraded rod kit and bearing from AF is an excellent option, which I've used without issue in many engines, including some high power motors that would require the pin welding in other types of crank. The upgraded SIL webs are an excellent choice.
