Hi recently bought a SIP Digital Speedo for my Lambretta anyone got any pic's of how they wired it up as the instructions aren't that great.

The instructions say Black - earth Red is unswitched power and Brown to the same power connection is that correct?

Cheers for your help in advance

and after reading all that you have a clue or working speedo then you a clever man

Im desperate for one, but everytime I read about them I see so many combinations of setups that work or dont work, people with the same setup, 1 work, 1 not

but I still want one LOL.

have to get it running first, maybe treat myself as a little present in recognition of fixing the engine :)
heavy is good, heavy is reliable, and if it does fail, hit them with it!!!

Hi all

Thanks for your help so far :)

Well I eventually got round to fitting the Speedo to find if I connected the brown it just killed the engine!! So decided not to bother with the brown, so it looks great and lights up. Next went to fit the sensor and magnet to find nothing else in the box so I contact SIP who tell me I need to buy these separately, even thought I specified in my order I needed these so they now want an extra 60 euros plus I have to let them know the size of sensor and magnet I need and what holder I need for both.... How the F*** would I know this  At this point I have decided to send it all back, get my money back and go old school, just wish I'd never bothered in the first place :x
